Maybe you loved playing at school, stepped away for a while, and are now ready to rediscover the game. Or perhaps you're simply looking for a fun, social way to get active.

Back to Netball is designed to help you return to the sport in a relaxed, supportive environment. Open to women aged 16 and over, sessions are coach-led and focus on building confidence, refreshing core skills, and enjoying match play at your own pace.

There's no pressure, no expectations - just friendly sessions where learning, laughter, and teamwork come first. Whether you're rebuilding skills you once had or picking up a netball for the first time, every ability level is welcome.
